  • Move your eyes in a clock wise direction for 4-5 time, then stop and start again with counter clockwise direction
  • Properly massage your eyes with the tip of finger roundly. And then, press them with 3 finger of your hand without giving any kind of pressure.
  • Close your eyes for nearly 9-10 seconds and then open them for the same amount of time. You can do this exercise for 9-10 minutes daily.
